1. Operator and service

The Afterdark Network is operated by Afterdark Interactive Ltd. These terms apply to the public website, Minecraft servers, community features and related services provided under The Afterdark Network brand.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the Minecraft, Discord and other accounts you use to access the network. Do not share access in a way that creates abuse or security issues. You must comply with the age and account rules of the underlying platforms.

3. Community conduct

You must follow the Network Rules and any server-specific rules. We may restrict or remove access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other players, staff or the wider community.

4. Store purchases

Purchases are made through the official Tebex-powered store at store.theafterdarknetwork.net. Digital benefits are associated with the relevant Minecraft or linked account and may be network-wide or server-specific as described at purchase.

5. Virtual items and changes

Ranks, cosmetics, keys, currency, boosters and other virtual benefits do not represent ownership of the underlying servers or software. Balancing, technical changes, resets, migrations and service updates may affect how virtual benefits operate, subject to applicable consumer law.

6. Availability

We aim to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, faults, updates, attacks, provider failures or other events may cause downtime.

7. Intellectual property

Network branding, original website materials and custom content are owned by or licensed to Afterdark Interactive Ltd. Minecraft and related marks belong to their respective owners. You retain ownership of content where applicable but grant us the rights reasonably needed to display or operate content you submit to the service.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, the service is provided for entertainment and we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or retire features or servers as the network evolves. Material terms changes will be published here. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
